Callvio does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, legality, suitability, or business outcome of AI-generated content.
4. Call Recording and Monitoring
Businesses may choose to enable call recording, call transcription, conversation analytics, AI summaries, and quality monitoring.
The customer operating the Callvio account is solely responsible for providing required notices, obtaining necessary consents, complying with local recording laws, and complying with privacy regulations.
Callvio assumes no responsibility for a customer's failure to obtain legally required permissions.
5. Data Ownership
As between Callvio and its customers:
- Customers retain ownership of their business data.
- Customers retain ownership of customer communication data.
- Customers retain ownership of uploaded content.
- Callvio receives only the limited rights necessary to host the data, process the data, transmit the data, secure the data, and provide the Services.
- No ownership rights are transferred to Callvio.
6. Service Improvement
Callvio may use aggregated, anonymized, and de-identified information to improve system performance, improve reliability, develop features, generate statistical reports, improve AI systems, and monitor usage trends.
Such information will not reasonably identify individual persons or businesses.
7. Third-Party Service Providers
Callvio may utilize third-party providers including cloud hosting providers, AI providers, telecommunications providers, messaging providers, analytics providers, security providers, and payment processors.
Examples may include providers such as OpenAI, Deepgram, Twilio, Infobip, Meta WhatsApp, Google Cloud, Amazon Web Services, and Microsoft Azure.
Information may be processed through such providers as necessary to deliver the Services.

By using the Services, users consent to such transfers where permitted by applicable law.

Requests may require identity verification before fulfillment.
12. Acceptable Use Restrictions
Users may not use Callvio to:

- Conduct fraud
- Transmit malicious content
- Violate privacy rights
- Distribute spam
- Engage in unlawful surveillance
13. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE."
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CALLVIO DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, RELIABILITY, AND AVAILABILITY.
CALLVIO DOES NOT GUARANTEE UNINTERRUPTED SERVICE, ERROR-FREE OPERATION, ACCURATE AI OUTPUTS, BUSINESS RESULTS, REVENUE OUTCOMES, OR CUSTOMER CONVERSION RATES.
14. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CALLVIO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR LOST PROFITS, LOST REVENUE, LOST DATA, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, REPUTATIONAL DAMAGE, INDIRECT DAMAGES, INCIDENTAL DAMAGES, CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.
THIS APPLIES WHETHER ARISING FROM CONTRACT, TORT, NEGLIGENCE, STRICT LIABILITY, OR OTHERWISE.
15. Indemnification
Customers agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Callvio, its officers, employees, contractors, affiliates, and partners from claims, damages, liabilities, losses, costs, and expenses arising from customer misuse of the Services, violations of law, failure to obtain consent, customer content, customer communications, and customer business operations.
16. Changes to This Policy
We may modify this Privacy Policy at any time.
Updated versions become effective upon posting.
Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of any revisions.
