Acceptable Use Policy

Rules for lawful, safe, and responsible use of Callvio across voice, messaging, automation, and AI-assisted customer interactions.

1. Prohibited Conduct

You may not use Callvio to:

  • Violate any law, regulation, court order, or industry rule
  • Harass, deceive, impersonate, threaten, or exploit individuals
  • Run fraudulent campaigns or unlawful lead-generation schemes
  • Send spam, malware, or misleading communications
  • Conduct unlawful surveillance or covert recording
  • Interfere with the security or operation of the Services

2. Communications Compliance

You are responsible for compliance with recording laws, consent obligations, telemarketing rules, opt-in requirements, carrier policies, and platform policies applicable to calls, SMS, and WhatsApp communications.

3. AI and Automation Restrictions

You may not use Callvio automation or AI features to:

  • Generate unlawful advice or misleading claims
  • Pretend a human is speaking where disclosure is legally required
  • Automate abusive, manipulative, or discriminatory decisions
  • Trigger emergency-response scenarios without safeguards

4. Enforcement

Callvio may investigate suspected misuse and may suspend, restrict, or terminate access without prior notice where necessary to protect users, third parties, or the Services.
