Callvio is an AI-powered call agent platform that enables businesses to handle inbound and outbound calls, book appointments, answer FAQs, and provide 24/7 call management through AI voice technology.

You must be at least 18 years old to use our services. By using Callvio, you confirm that you have the legal authority to enter into this agreement on behalf of yourself or your organization.

• All plans are billed monthly in advance.
• Overage charges may apply based on usage beyond the included minutes in your plan.
• Payments are non-refundable once processed, except where required by law.
• Subscription may be canceled anytime via your account settings, effective at the end of the billing cycle.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purposes.
• Impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation.
• Interfere with or disrupt our systems or networks.
• Record calls without consent where prohibited by law.

We handle your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Call recordings, transcripts, and client data are stored securely and only accessible to authorized parties. You retain ownership of your business and customer data.

All content, trademarks, and software related to Callvio are the property of Callvio or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of our platform without our written permission.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may also terminate your subscription at any time. Upon termination, access to the Service will cease and data may be deleted after 30 days.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. While we aim for high performance and reliability, we disclaim all warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law.

To the extent permitted by law, Callvio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of business, profits, or data, arising from the use or inability to use our Service.

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. Significant changes will be communicated via email or in-app notifications.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
